Can I smoke a cigar once occasional bad habit of smoking compared with a pack of cigarettes a day?

Like what are the risks of contracting a disease is below or above? Because I started smoking a cigar, but only once in a while, planning to make IM as once a week, or a large cigarette every two months. What are the risks as compared to a box of cigarettes a day for a cigarette a week.

There is nothing wrong with enjoying a good cigar in moderation.
