I explain to my car. I love smoking but want to quit. My lung lot of damage. Everyone seems to speak of nicotine when they come on quitting smoking. But not my case. For me it's just psychological … I go out, it's quiet, I start to smoke and watch the weather, the sun, the bird … Did you know … (That sounds a little, but poetry that it is … lol) It's hard to explain.
