stop smoking before going on birth control pill

my nipples are so sensitive to touch, i cannot stand more coffee and I'm always so hungry, am I pregnant?

I quit smoking a week and half makes use of Champix. Im hungry as soon as I wake up, I'm super lazy, my nipples have never been this sore before. The only problem is, is that havent had my period of 2 ½ months, because I stopped my birth control (the pill) so I need to know if you might be pregnant before going to buy a test. If its impossible that im pregnant, what's new?? HELP! But if you do not get your period how can you i pregnant? know that if you stop your period can BC be 2 to 3 months later … what may be pregnant, then?
