smoking quit tips

Just quit, some tips to help?
I'm using the gum and helps a lot, but I still have problems. Any advice?
Change your habits immediately. Rearrange your furniture, everything, even if it does not fit very well the room. The idea is to establish a new set of behaviors that is so far from their old habits as possible. Give everything a deep cleaning to reduce the smoke. Center rooms, and avoid their favorite chair smoking, even after his move to the garage. Take knitting, embroidery, or anything that keep hands busy. If you used to smoke driving, driving a different car for awhile, or at least change their routes. You will see a new country and get Yourself Away from their usual habits. Avoid people who smoke for a few months. Their ability to resist increase, but not compromised by the failure too fast. You can do it. And it's worth, even if (like my father) who has been smoking for over 50 years.
