"Do you have a plan to stop smoking?" , I asked.
Plan: I will stop and that's that! " my friend replied.
"As in the last two times then, huh?" Perhaps should not be so sarcastic, but she does it all the time!
To be honest, it's just the way my friend Sally is taking decisions on the spur of the moment which makes it a fun and happy girl, but when he was going to quit for the 3rd time I had to ask if she had the methods of how to stop smoking before going on his merry way, ordered another failure, smoking and worsening cough.
His answer, of course, was "no" had no plan of methods and because she blamed the last two attempts that were not in the tensions that was under or the environment was not taking any responsibility herself. This time, though he agreed sit and reach a plan with some of the methods and standards by itself to overcome this unhealthy addiction forever.

If not, you can be like my friend Sally, directed by another failure of all because you did not spend a little time and perhaps a little money extra to ensure the success of their goals to stop smoking. This is your health and the health of your family who is dealing, after all!
Methods of how stop smoking cigarettes should not be long breath just writing a few basic things to help you along. I tend to divide into three sections.
- Goals – Write down realistic goals with dates to keep. It could be the exact date that you go cold turkey or how many could be reduced to smoking every day. In insofar as it is written, and carry as a reminder of
- How to deal with the anxiety – Some people suffer badly from anxiety caused by addiction to nicotine that has built over time your smoking habit. It is important to have a plan on what to do when they arrive, usually needs to relax. - Reasons – One of the most important things you have to do is change your thinking from that of a smoker to a nonsmoker. To do this you need good solid reasons why quitting smoking is good … writing by all the benefits that you will see, the extra money, health, family, that motivates you!
This really helped Sally in his attempt, but they could not walk through it. One thing that helped was his decision to use a course in self hypnosis really worked as he had been hypnotized before and knew of his power.
