The question is twofold. Non-smokers want to quit smoking or need? The answer is both. What I mean is when the first curious lit a cigarette, which would give him a chance. However, further down the line when they wanted to quit smoking, they found they could not, because your body and mind had become dependent on drugs. They had become addicted to nicotine.

Now I'm not going to lecture smokers on how they should live here their lives, but I would ask a smoker to take a closer look at the impact smoking has on your life. There is a wealth of anecdotes evidence that smokers hardcore, 30 more have been able to quit overnight. The suspension is not the problem here is stand still causes most of the sentence and frustration.

So the sad truth of the matter is that most smokers to quit just two or three days at a time. Some may give it for a week. A few can stay away from snuff for a month or more, but most return to cigarettes over time. Nicotine is a drug of cunning and powerful.

There are a lot of reasons why smokers continue what they do. It's amazing how a state of denial can invent so many reasons "justified" Why not stop. Even when smokers face the facts and get to know all the reasons why they "should" kick the habit, still struggling to makes the final decision. In fact, 4 out of 5 smokers are looking for a way to quit smoking, but if you want some really do not look very deep reasons for stopping completely.

I've always found it very curious that individuals who smoked in his life, see themselves in a position to lecture on the smoking habit. Something that nonsmokers do not understand is the extent to which smokers develop an emotional bond with your habit. Nonsmokers only see it as a habit, while Smokers are well aware that cigarettes are not only addictive, but have also become part of their identity.

So, with smokers have realized that all the reasons why they "should" stop, so why fight still decide to quit? Well, for many smokers that there is a close link between smoking and pleasure. In my time smoking I truly hope that all opportunities to smoke, but one day I stopped and asked myself a simple question that was, what I really want another cigarette soon after taking one? I replied with a no, however, still illuminated, however. This is the power of nicotine!

A lot of smokers want to quit have failed in their efforts due to lack of willpower and determination, but those are not the only reasons. Also, knowledge is not enough. What many smoker needs is a bit of support and encouragement along the way of their nearest and dearest. Constant and persistent complaint only make it harder for the smoker to stop, so a mature and sincere offer backup is key here.

Many smokers think they have to smoke when you go to a bar or club, and often say they have to light up when they're enjoying a drink. But they say that they need to smoke in bad times as well, or because of this, and because of that, ad infinitum. The list of excuses is endless. The conclusion is that smokers do not need to smoke, but they want to smoke. You may also want to quit, but until they want to leave more than they want to smoke, there is little chance quitting.
