health effects of smoking cigarettes

If you have ever smoked, and even if you have not, all we are bombarded with advertisements, commercials and other advertising media that tells us how bad smoking cigarettes and cigars is for us and others. Both can cause cancer and other lung problems. And all we have heard also that secondhand smoke is bad for others. Be one of the worse than others? Are cigars any better for you because you do not inhale that, unlike cigarettes? It turns out that's not good for you and both can cause the same problems.

As with anything, you smoke cigarettes or cigars or determine the greatest health risk. There was no investigation the National Cancer Institute has shown that health risks than cigarettes and cigars created is linked to how often you smoke any of these or both. If you smoke each day, then it will be at greater risk of developing cancer or other diseases that a person who only occasionally smokes. However, there is evidence that cigars actually much more carcinogens than cigarettes. In addition, cigarette smoke has been proven to be much more toxic than any second-hand tobacco smoke. Much of the reason for this is that cigars are bigger than cigarettes and then produce more smoke.

There have been many debates other concentrated on issues of inhaling nicotine while smoking cigarettes or cigars do not inhale. The very dedicated cigar smokers will argue that cigars are not as dangerous as cigarettes, because they are not inhaling smoke and then they are not getting as many toxins. However, the research, the National Cancer Institute, actually shows that both cigars and cigarettes and snuff carcinogens nobody is then exposed to them. That is if inhaled or not. Even if you are not inhaling you still exposing your mouth, gums, tongue and teeth to the same toxins. Carcinogens are part of cigarettes and cigars so when you argues, these toxins are leaking. Then, when saliva touches one of these is the transfer and toxins are still eating. Once swallowed by the throat, larynx and esophagus are now exposed to carcinogens, toxic and irritating. If the celebration, illumination, or smoke a cigar or cigarette both seem to emit approximately the same amount.

In addition, all research to date shows that health risks are associated with cigars and cigarettes could be reduced in fewer smokers and less when you do smoke inhalation. Given that most cigarette smokers typically inhale deeply while smoking and smoke in a more regular form that usually appear with an increased risk of developing health problems. A study by the National Cancer Institute showed that smoking a pack cigarettes daily was equivalent to smoking five cigarettes a day.

Anyway we all know nothing really smoking may be bad for you. Not good for your health, regardless of how often or if you smoke. The decision together probably would be a better idea.
