congratulations quit smoking

I would have killed for a cigarette! My nerves were shot and my future brother-in-law was congratulating me for having the physical and emotional strength to quit. He said all this and lit another. I had to keep smiling and pretending that cigarette smoke does not bother me at all! As for my boyfriend knew, had resigned months earlier smoking. She knew this was really my first week without nicotine.
I liked smoking cigarettes! Like the old southern comedian Brother Dave Gardner once said: "I love smoking! Was smoke chains if I could go on!" That was exactly my feelings! I smoked at least two packs of cigarettes a day for over twenty years. Except for headaches, congestion, constant coughing, I've enjoyed every minute of my decades of smoking.
The secret to quitting is to find someone who is more important to you that the package of cigarettes in his pocket, tell them that I stopped smoking just for them. If you stopped smoking, then you are not lying. If you're as weak as it was though, soon succumbs to the temptation of a single drag off a cigarette. A breath, for course, leads to another and pretty soon you're in hiding, gargle mouthwash, change clothes several times and wash your hair, even when it is not dirty, to remove the smell of smoke.
A man who understands that quitting is not always successfully tested the first time. My experience with women told me they were going to analyze the situation and deduce that the smoker should not think more of their horrible habit, she dirty. That would not necessarily be true, but try to convince her. I thought it would be more smart to lie!
Shortly after I met my wife, I told him that she was an inspiration to me that I was quitting. That's what I appreciated. Want to say each word, especially when he said he was proud of me. Then he fell off the truck and began smoking again.
I did not smoke when I was about her, and even condemned those who saw smoking a cigarette. Was I right or what? I hid very well as far as I knew, I was convinced I had quit, then came the day of reckoning. It was announced we were going to Florida to meet his mother and gone a week.
No problem! It was hard, I knew I could be together until I could escape and take a cigarette. Was I wrong! We were driving with her sister, who had just quit itself! All the way to South Florida, who complained of not having a cigarette. I was handling the situation very stoically, never mentioning that I was die for me. I had the opportunity to steal even a small cloud!
When he finally arrived, her other sister and brother were in the habit of smoking Lanai to your heart's content. My wife, soon to be announced immediately that I had stopped smoking just for her. Fat chance he had of a cigarette now hidden.
I was living in hell of cigarettes. His brother and I were fishing, so happy to smoke, smoke after another. The sister who was in quitting and joined the crowd of smoking on Lanai. She could not admit that he lied about not smoking, so I had to endure 6 days with only the smoke second hand. I sucked as much of that I could!
Not once a week I do not complain of not having a cigarette, because doing so would acknowledge that even was addicted. Going cold turkey without complaint was a nightmare, but when I finally got home, I discovered that I was patted on the back to myself for having come out of this bad habit. Do I still have the desire for a cigarette? Of course! But after almost ten years without one, I never light again.
Did my wife ever found that I had not quit when I thought I? Probably, but she never said anything about it. Never make a trip to Florida, however, without thinking of the Smoke first trip I took with my wife.
